Default central locking problem

i have searched and found lots of information regarding the central locking issue but nothing for what i am experiencing.

when i sit in the car without the key in the ignition and press the lock button everything locks but does not unlock. when i put the key in the ignition and press the lock button all locks bounce down but then quickly back up. there is no way to keep the car locked when the key is in the ignition. the only way to keep the car locked is to press the button before you have the key in the ignition.

i think the problem is a relay. i cannot find the central locking relays. where is it/they? i went though all of the relays in the rear cargo area and seemed fine. i think the central locking relay must be somewhere else. thanks

i have a 2002 volvo v70xc.

i did some more digging and found out the central lock relay is located near the drivers kick panel and the relay is supposed to have 'central lock' written on it. well i found the relay panel but there is nothing written down on any of them. can someone send me a diamgram of what each of these relays are. i took a pic of what i pulled down
