Which Diagnostic Code Reader?

Which Diagnostic Code Reader?
Had a rough idle, fairly obvious skipping. Guessed it was a sketchy ignition coil a mechanic installed couple years back. Bought a new one, swapped it out. Unlike tutorial video, of course, Check Engine remains on, though idle sounds smooth.
For this and future problems, want to buy a Diagnostic Code Reader. But there are like 100 to choose from. They offer different coding languages. But I am only interested in the one that speaks Volvo Svenska. Advice?
2001 V70 XC.
Apologies if this topic was listed elsewhere. Conducted a word search for ‘diagnos,’ turning up nothing on 8 pages.

There's quite a few Volvo VIDA DICE units for about $85... VIDA is the Volvo specific diagnostic scanner
this one worth looking into

Thanks for advice. Some websearch revealed that this machine seems to be the only one capable of speaking Volvo Svenska. Found one for $84 on Amazon.
Now the problem is, this machine requires Windows 7 or 8. Apparently, I’d have to buy a new computer, because it lacks the little screen that models costing $20 manage to incorporate.

I do have a PPC3 diagnostic and this you can buy with
BSR Svenska AB
352 45 Vaxjo - Sweden.
Mine I did buy in the UK for £320 and works fine.
Through the Internet you are direct connected with BSR Sweden.
You can look at their side on BSR arbetar med trimning och etanolkonvertering (E85) med PPC Tuning System - BSR.
You can translate all in Englisch to so would not be a problem to read.
I must say it did help me a lot with my Volvo V70 T5 and saved me a lot of money before I do a diagnostic with the Volvo dealer as they ask for this event £250 so 2x my PPC3 I already have the workshop money and the price I paid for it in my pocket.
Up to you to have this buyed but I can only recommend this equipment and can be used even on W10.
Succes, Peter
