Default 2013 XC70 T6 AWD Repair Manual?

Purchased new, few months away from going off of warranty. The only hit I had googling was a $16 pdf download at tradebit,

Anybody else tried this? I'm a little suspicious, seems a little small for a complete repair manual.

I'd be highly suspicious. Volvo doesn't separate the manuals. They are all part of the VIDA computer software.

So after some more googling I find I can buy the VIDA device and DVD from Amazon for $90 or so. Does the DVD also provide basic info, such as how to change a cabin filter, or engine air filter, or whatever? Seems like overkill for doing relatively simple stuff.

Ok, did some searching, find I can buy the VIDA device and DVD for $90 or so from Amazon. Seems like overkill for basic stuff, e.g. changing a cabin filter or engine air filter. I've looked at some online videos, not sure they always apply to my particular vehicle.

Ok, how about some basic engine pictures? I've googled and searched, still can't find some basic layout diagrams for the engine.

All the info, from repairs to specifications to parts diagrams and design and function of various systems is all in VIDA.

Yes, I got that, doesn't mean there aren't some diagrams outside of VIDA. I'm talking about simple stuff, like the serpentine belt path, component placement. etc. I've got a really nice car, and I'm just realizing I don't know much about how it's put together. I've rebuilt engines in the past, including a couple of Volvos, but nothing in the last thirty years.

I finally dug out enough poop to understand what a twin scroll turbo is, and how it's employed in my car. Hope to find more of that type of information.

You could get a subscription to All Data. It has a lot of the same info from VIDA. Just harder to find in my opinion. Otherwise, you're likely limited to whatever people post on message boards.

I risked $16 (and my credit card number) and bought the pdf file from the earlier link. It will serve my purposes, helps to be a computer nerd to use it (cleaned it up in Adobe Acrobat). Takes some searching, has bookmarks but they may or may not get you close to the desired topic. Picture attached.
