Default Battery Change = No climate control, stereo buttons not working

Hey there... changed the battery in Volvo XC70 (2009) yesterday and immediately the fan/climate control and any buttons controlling the radio/stereo stopped working.

It's as if everything within the area encircled in red (see attached) has stopped functioning.

Anyone have any suggestions? Much appreciated!

Checked the fuse ??

Thanks Kiss4aFrog.

I checked the following fuses:

Engine Compartment:
17 - central eelctrical module (20a)
18 - Acc Control module (5a)
32 - Compressor A/C (15a)

Glovebox Compartment:
18 - Information display (5a)

Cargo Area (Module D):
5 - Audio Amplifier (25a)
6 - Audio System (15a)

All were still fine. The only fuse I did not check and was curious about is in the Engine Compartment, Fuse 11 - Climate System Blower (40a). The manual reads that Fuses 1-15 are relays and should only be removed or replaced by a trained Volvo service Tech. Think this is worth me messing around with or am I entering a world of pain? I really don't think the climate system "blower" is the issue, as it seems to be an electrical malfunction to that whole interior panel (including stereo buttons...)

Outside of fuses, any other suggestions? Do you think I may have failed to check a critical fuse?
