1973 Volvo 145 SW Runs Rough/Gas In Oil
Hi, I just bought a 1973 Volvo Station Wagon, specs:
L4-1986cc 2.0L B20F FI only engine in this model 145 1973
and it is running very rough, and gets a lot of gas in the oil....very low gas mileage also....I think it is injectors, but before I get them I want to find out if it is in the synchronization of the injection. How can I tell if the synch is mechanical or electrical? Also am trying to find a book on this right now...once i find out mech or elec, how to test or set injection?
there is an electric fuel pump on the beasty, and most other electrical apparat has been replaced/is new.
Any help greatly appreciated. Are there sensors that could cause the gas in the oil/bad injection on this model?
