volvo 145 , please help
Hi everybody
I pondering if to buy or not this volvo 145 from 1973
I really love this car but im not an expert in order to understand what is original and authentic and what not.
the goal is to restore it with original parts.
there is someone here who can help in order to recognize from the pics what is original and what not ?
also , where i can find original parts?
someone is aware of the specifications and problems of this car?
is it possible to find a new engine for it ?
is the color an original one ?
thanks a lot for your help

Mostly looks original .Mirrors, antenna, shifter boot maybe seats are not and rubber missing off bumpers.
Really, you will have a lot more traffic for this car on SWEDESPEED forum.
Try them out. Whether you can get parts for this car depends a lot on where you live. Some areas just have more old Volvos than others. There are some online stores "fcp euro, ipd, etc." for some parts.
Most all exterior and interior parts will need to be hunted down from junkyards, people parting out cars etc. You can get new mechanical parts but there are some things just not available anymore.
Don't want to dissuade you from the car, just know that you will have to hunt down parts. Also, restoring one of these even just mechanically is a huge and expensive job. I would advise just driving and enjoying it fixing what you have too unless you live in a different economy than me. If you get it, buy a manual for it like a haynes or chiltons. Goodluck
