I'm considering getting a EuroSport Tuning downpipe for my 98 V70 T5 (post Upsolute ECU).

Has anyone in Calif installed this downpipe & passed smog?

The other unit i was considering was a BSR unit from Engstrom.net - but they're out of stock for another month or 2.

I don't know about people on here, but I am sure some members on VS have this downpipe and are in Cali and have passed.

Thanks for the reply, i just asked the same question on Volvospeed. Hopefully, someone will confirm your recollection. I'd hate to get the DP & then find it fails smog.

You may encounter a problem such as me where the rear o2 sensor does not reach the hole and therefore my cel went on. Now its throwing a code for cat effiency, and this code will not allow me to pass ny state emmisions, let alone cali. So be careful about your o2 sensors.

Just buy an exstention and you will be fine.
