I have a C70 convertible 2000 model someone offered me a Turbo booster which adds around 40-50bhp. Any body knows what side effects this might have on the engine and if it does really work? the cost installed will be around 260$ is that fair enough?

Turbo booster? Does your car have a turbo already? Get an ECU upgrade, do not you a Boost Controller.
