How's it done?

You need to find a spot on your boost line and place a t-fitting in it, then run the boost line through a firewall into your pillar pod, then run the electric from your gauge to your headlight controls....thats the easiest....

Thank you very much, is it difficult to run cables through the firewall?

no, I believe i ran mine through a spot by the left strut mount in the front...not hard at all...

I have an aftermarket radio and I want to mount the boost gauge beside that, anywhere else I could run the cable? I can holesaw and mount the gauge beside it, I just need to know where the cable/hose should run

where ever you can make it work, theres no right or wrong place, its a matter of location...just make sure everything is wired right meaning the t-fitting and your electric, you need to run a ground wire to something and you need to have your electric lighting work, its most easy to hook it to the back of your headlight switch assembly

What parts all are needed to install a Boost gaguge? I think I understand how it needs to be wired but what all would be needed and which parts do most people recommend or do thay have that thay have found work best for a S80 T6 Boost Gauge install?

Links are always favorite.

Thanks
John

Um when you purchase a boost gauge it should come with everything you need to install it.

That was my guess, but I figured better safe than sorry.

Thanks

yea, go with autometer's boost gauges, best as far as I've heard....
