Can ya all tell me how to reset the ck engine light on a 01 c70? I would appreciate the help. THANKS

 

either pull the ECU fuse or diconnect the batteryfor like 2 mins. if it comes back on you have a problem.

 

I would pull the fuse, unless you have the radio code. Then it doesn't matter, except it's easier to pull the fuse.

raido code??? i had a scare with my ETM and i pulled the fuse for the tranny, ECM and the ETM, but the battery was left hooked up. i didn't have to input a radio code though.

is that hard to put in?

 

It is easy, but you need it if you disconnect the battery.

It's a 4 digit code that you input into the radio using the 1-6 preset buttons.

Somwtimes it's included in you car information booklet, or you can get it from a dealer.

damn, see i bought my C70 used, so i have to look in the stuff that came with the car to see if there is a code inside.

 

If not have the Volvo store look the code up.
