i have a 94 850 nonturbo. i had to repair the flame trap hose because it was cracked (this is the black plastic tube that feeds into the flame trap). to do this i had to :

-remove the fuel line rack
-all the vacuum connection at the throttle body, etc
-i removed the injectors (just to see what they look like on the working side) and put them back in

after fixing the flame trap tube, i put everything back. now it cranks but does not start. this is what i have done.

-changed spark plugs , no start
-checked the ignition wires for current using a timing gun, there is current, still no start
-removed the plugs and put a teaspoon of gas directly in it, replaced plugs, still no start
-checked the fuel supply regulator (the one on fuel rail) for vacuum leaks..it holds a vacuum,

i'm at the end of my wits....any ideas? please help

Check fuel supply yet? U can remove one of the spark plug after u crank to make sure if injectors are spraying fuel. They're soaking wet but still no start, we sure have a problem.
for the 95 850 N/A, its quite easy to hook up a fuel gauge by the throttle body to observe pressure, it should be in the early 40 psi range when u crank and when it's running. good luck.
