what do you have in mind

1. Looks like you don't have a grille. So that needs to be done. OEM or aftermarket.

2. The blue pipe coming from your bumper looks very RICEY if I say so myself. Clean that up by putting a grille insert in front of it and just attach that pipe to the grille insert. But don't do it with DUCT TAPE or anything else to make it look obvious.

3. Move the horns from the front to another spot out of the way and out of the grille area.
