No they are just jeweled lights that only the highbeams have a halo.(Custom halo )

I like the lights, where did you find them?

I bought this set used because there is a halo around the highbeam.
I bought my original set from AutoRice.com but it looks like they don't carry them anymore.

Those headlights are nice. I love the euro-plates you have in the front. Can't do that in IL unfortunately. I like the spoiler as well because it's not all out there in your face. Very subtle but enough to make it look sporty.

If PA requires 2 plates then no you will not be able to.

I really like that car. especially the lights. my S70 has pretty much the same problem with my front bumper except the entire fog light assembly broke out. my front bumper is now really hurting my car's entire image. it's making me look really junky. i really wish i had the $$$ to get a replacement
