Yes I have and they seem to be ok. The problem is that every time I start my 2004 S40i my wipers go on for about 5 minutes and while this is happening I have no control over my turn signals and whenthe ewipers stop everything is back to normal.[:-]

I wonder if they are tied to each other through the CEM.
I know it is 2 different circuits.

That's why I started thinking that there was some kind of relay controling both. Now, I tried removing the fuse for the wipers, this way my wipers would not work at all and after five minutesI can use my blinkers. Well, without the fuse obviously the wipers don't work but my blinkers never did either. I'm just concerned I have a 5 yr old girl and a 10 month little man and is starting to rain and is really dark outside while driving them around. I dissconected theCEM and tried to reset but nothing. How do I reset my computer ?maybe that will help.

It might be in the Cem then.
You might have to find a used one and try it and see if that fixes it.

I had the same problem with my S80 (wipers, turn signals, high beams, parking lights and controls on the steering wheel did not work) and this is what worked for me. This might sound crazy but, I'd look at the fuses for the turn signal and the high beams and replace them with new ones even if the ones that are in there are good.

Here read this... I know it is for an S80 but this might help you out because this is where I got this crazy idea. LOL

No problem! If it doesn't work at least you have good fuses which is always a plus!

Thanks bro, hey I really think is something small, now that I think about it, it all started after I installed an original CD player since it was missing when I got the vehicle. Can that be the problem?

Just the bulb?
If just the bulb you should be able to replace only the bulb without taking it all apart.

Did you fix the wiper problem?

yeah just the bulb, do I go from the inside and unscrew it? Na those suckers are still doing whatever they want, but right now the fog is really bad and I need to replace those first. As long as I wait the 5 to 10 minutes before taking off I'll be ok, the problem is that I have to wait everytime I turn off the vehicle. But I'll get to those later.[X(]

The socket should just turn to unlock and then slide back. That is how mist of them are. It has been a long time since I have done one but I believe they are all pretty much the same.

I finally got my wiring diagrams to open and I cannot see where they tie together at all. I will try to get them saved and post an image of it for you. It might be small writing though.
