Have you done any kind of searching on your own yet?

Have you looked at the Volvo Forums Resources thread at all?

1. http://www.ipdusa.com/Volvo-S40-2005-2008/Suspension-&-Steering/H&R-Street-Performance-Coilover-Kit/p-135-444-3289/

2. http://www.ipdusa.com/Volvo-S40-2005-2008/Suspension-&-Steering/Sport-Springs-H&R/p-135-444-3269/

Both of these options are for FWD only.

Again the above three are for the FWD model only.

FWD only

*You never said if you were FWD or AWD, so I am giving you the FWD options. Check these sites that are linked for AWD options if your AWD and also other suspension parts for your car.

Hey I just had my evolve lowering springs put on like a week ago. So far I love them!! The ride is a bit stiffer I have noticed wile riding around town. But I really feel much more confident at high speeds on the highway (80, 90,100 mph) none of that floating feeling you get at that speed.

Had APEX on my 850 and loved them. Stiff but I liked the ride.
