Hey guys,
I am a newbie when it comes to cars so if this is a stupid question my bad, but can anyone tell me if i can put the turbo from the 2004 s60 into my 2.9 L 2002 s80?
It would be alot more trouble and money than it is worth.

xmoke, something that you have to understand is that factory forced induction engines are made, intenrally, to handle the boost created by the turbo. naturally aspirated engines are not made to handle said boost. to run the same amount of boost on a stock turbo engine, and a stock NA engine, would quickly destroy the NA engine.

You can run a turbo on a N/A. However it isn't worth it. The compression is different. You need the turbo, turbo lines, ECU tuning, pipes, vac lines, intercooler, couplers, etc... It is pretty costly. Probably about $3k to do it right, possibly more because of tuning it correctly.
Just sell your ride, and get a turbocharged car.
