Default Service light on

So, i just today put 126K on my 92 740 Turbo, and i parked it and went to class. I came back and it started right up but now the Service light is on. Not the check engine but the service light. I was thinking that maybe after a certan number of miles this light would go on automaticly, even if there were no problems? The car runs and feels fine to me by the way.

I figured it out guys. Nothing was wrong, it goes on every 5000 miles i think, and there was a reset button right next to the trip meter. Sigh of relief.

Hey Colgate,

How fast did you have to go, to drive 126,000 miles in ONE DAY?

<snicker>

Atwell Haines
(rarely drives more than 200 miles a day...)
In NJ, one of the smaller states!
