I decided today to just take the hose leading from the turbo to the radiader/intercooler off to inspect it. I found it to be slimey and also saw some build up of oil or something of that nature inside the hose. i cleaned it the best i could and tightened it all back up. Comments?

Was the hose really soft?

 

um...not really...i would say in the middle..no holes or nothing.

 

The Hose is somewhat soft yes.

 

You will always have a trace of oil in the hoses.
If the hose gets to soft it will collapse under boost.
