W Winter Mode Not Engaging

Finally had some snow here in the East, and the W in my non-4 wheel drive did not engage. The fuse is OK(if I found the right one) Any suggestions??

Probably your gear selector module is faulty. Is the gear shifter position lights up at the foot of the gear lever.? If the lights are not working either then its confirm that the gear selector module is faulty.

Correct - that said there is little reason to use W mode. Just use a lighter foot and if you are really having trouble going then you probably have the wrong tires for this type of driving and shouldnt be out anyway.
