Hey guys, i wash my car about once every 2 weeks and i always, always have dirt and mud, behind the tires. I assume mud flaps will help and im ready and will to get them however....i can only find them for 2001 and up. Does any one know where i can get some for a 2000, or if i can cut down or some how modify the 20001 mud flaps to get them to fit on a 2000? thxs for ur help. talk to you fellas later

Hey those things are out there, I just looked at them for my 2000 V40. just google volvo s40 parts and it should get you something, Sorry I don't know the exact site :eek:

You can ask your local dealer or auto shops if they have one, My friend just got his GM mud flap (http://www.replacementgeneralparts.com/gm-mud-flap) last week and he was really satisfied with it... We just attached the other ends at the back of each wheel while the other ends are left hanging and it directly prevented the direct splashes of road elements and debris to his vehicle’s exterior.
