HELP!!! We can not find the headlight relay for our 1992 240, stickshift sedan. We have pulled the dash apart, but have had no luck. We were told it might be white or black plastic, rether than metal, which is the case with our 1987 240. It is not located where one might expect, near the other realys near the foot pedals. We were also told it might be near the air conditioning vents in the center, but no luck. It is a stickshift, which might make a difference in it's location. It is not in the engine compartment. If anyone has a clue, please email. We have no headlights! Thanks.

the main headlight relay is about an inch below and to the left of the middle a/c vents in the dash..<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley11.gif border="0"> ..behind the ducts.
(with your foot on the gas pedal your toes are pointing in the right direction)
its prob been hot and has a some corrosion.

(the one on the drivers fender is the hi-lo relay)

IPD has an upgrade with an extra relay and harness
