Looking for another set of 17" or 18" wheels for my 2004 V70R. I like to swap out my own winter and summer wheel sets. Does anyone know of a good afternarket wheel that has the correct offset to work on the V70R?

Offset for a 04 V70R is 46mm. So any car with the correct bolt pattern (5X108) and a 46mm offset will fit.

Yours came with the pegasus rims I assume?

Otherwise, I just found bigwheels has some cars to match your BP. Just make sure the offset is 46 to prevent any changes in the cars balance (unless you want a wider wheel base):
