Does anyone have a Full subscription to All Data? (I mean for American cars)

If so I was wondering if someone can look up some things for me.

I have tried searching the Net and asking on the Designated forums and No one can help.

I would like to try myself before I have to go and Dish out a ton of $$$ to get it fixed.

If anyone can help Thanks.

If not no biggie maybe Next time.
