I have a 1992 940 volvo turbo which has no problem starting in the morning, however, when trying to restart the car after driving for more than 15 minutes, it will not start. I get power, but it just won't start. There is no clicking, which would indicate that it could be a problem with the starter. However, I've changed the starter, changed the battery, checked for loose wires and I am still having the same problem.

Itseems like there is not enough voltage coming from the battery to turn the starter. A friend suggested installing a switch running from the battery directly to the starter. Should I put in the switch, or, do you have any other suggestions?
