Manual Boost Controller

So I have a 98 S70 T5 manual with a cold air, and 3in back exhaust and I recently but a manual boost controller on it and is currently between 13-15psi is that safe? It's not ECU tuned yet

Yeah. I don't remember what the stock boost on that car.
Just keep up on maintenance and your fine.

Ipd tune is pretty decent foe the money. That should be your next goal.
