Volvo 12V Cigarette Lighter Cover

I'm desperately looking for a cigarette lighter cover for my 2001 Volvo S40. It reads "12V" on top (see photo).

..............why wouldn't the dealer stock/order these for you? Every late model Volvo has these "covers"............I am sure they are a dealer item and readily available.
