Default volvo 740 940 turbo engines 1991 vs. 1992

hello. i have a choice of two engines to put in my 1992 turbo wagon. the major differences between the two is in the cooling systems. 1991 has an oil-cooled collar around the oil filter, while the 1992 uses a water cooled collar. the '91 has a separate cooler for the transmission mounted behind the radiator, while the '92 seem to have the transmission fluid cooled by using the intercooler ( or maybe the radiator). any ideas which engine is preferable? '91 has 156K miles, '92 has 210K.
also, does "send trackback to" mean?
thanks, irollrollie
