Default Volvo 95 850 Turbo Climbing RPM's

I recently did a pcv system change and put a new oil trap on the car. It took me two days because I've only ever really changed brakes and oil before this. I finally got the car back together after losing a two lower fuel injector seals that go into the manifold and the car either starts at 1k rpm and then dies or climbs and pulls the throttle to like 4-5 rpms at that point I turn the car off. My friend thinks it's a vacuum leak. On the fresh air hose one of the the nipples that leads to a vaccum line is half gone for some reason so I'm thinking it might be that. I also noticed the the throttle cable/housing coming out of the firewall looks very loose but I have no idea how to tighten it. I gave up being under the hood for now. I think I need to first order a new fresh air house with that ptc and those fuel injector seals. I also haven't done an oil change which was suggested but I can't see that being the cause of this problem. I honestly don't know that much about these cars or cars in general I had just been reading a lot online about changing this pcv system and watching a lot of videos. So if anyone has any suggestions that would be super cool. I really don't want to take it to a mechanic after all this work I did.
