Default How to test Crank Sensor Circuit. P0337/ECM5200.

How to test 2 wire crankshaft position sensor circuit?

2004 S60R. P0337/ECM-5200. Crankshaft position sensor low input.
Tried a new sensor. No change. 2 wire connector disconnected reading 2.45 volts DC at both wires in the connector with KOEO, and still reading 2.45 volts for a short period of time after turning the ignition key off. What are these two terminals supposed to be reading? Something is not right! What type of crankshaft sensors are these? Do they use a 5V reference? What is the white wire?
