I know how that is.

I spent $285 on a ring for my g/f which luckly was on sale from $400 something. Then I spent another $150 on a pair of earrings for her as well again on sale from like $300 something. And $150 on a bracelet which was on sale from like $300 something. All diamonds too. So she is floating around with 32 diamonds. Now this wasn't recently but it was a short detaila bout buying jewlery for the g/f.

Motorcycle repairs are finally about to start.

Sharp Aquos has been one of the best selling flat-panel TVs in Japanese market. The price has come down reallyfast in the last 5 years or so. When they first came out, the price tag was around $8k for 5'x3' or so display size. There seem to be a few different display technologies for flat-panels;

1. LCD
2. Plasma
3. EL (Electro-Luminescent)
4. Something else that is too new to remember[8D].

Anyway, here's my purchase report:

1. Lexus IS250 (Fujimi); approx $18.
2. Tamiya surface primer for light/metallic-coloured model cars.
3. Grocery, of course.
4. Some cheap tools for line maintenance[8D].
5. "Yoichi（余市）" single-malt whiskey distilled in Yoichi, Hokkaido, Japan (didn't even come close to Glenlivet 16-year old).
