b1800 volvo inboard outboard motor

B1800 onboard outboard motor for sale. Low hours since rebuild. motor was winterized then parked for some time. we cut up the boat and now I'm just looking to get rid of this. Last I tried still hand turned. It's still attached to the section of boat (to protect it from weather)
