was the connection side of the car (not o2 sensor) clean? how about the wires? My 94 850 T had the o2 after the cat just hanging and scraping on the road>>>>maybe yours has a small crimp or scrape?

That's your first problem. You should always get OEM O2 sensors. Aftermarket ones are known to work spotty at best and often throw CELs.

Did you replace the proper one? Maybe you should get one from a junk yard???

I currently have a bad rear O2 sensor, it is the rear one. If I reset the CEL light, it will take about 100 miles before it will come back on. But if I hook up the code reader, it immediately reports the code, just takes a wile for the light to come back on.

My code was P0137 and I replaced the rear sensor and it's fixed. I got the sensor from a salvage yard for $25.

Here are photo instructions for anyone that needs them: http://www.atthetipwebs.com/technolo..._O2_sensor.htm
