anybody know of the actual rarity of the yellow 95 t-5r? i havent been on here in a long time, and since have aquired one - the salesman did absolutely nothing for me as far as selling me the car, as i wanted it the second i had seen it. however, he said something i dont totally believe, and have been tryin to look for actual numbers every since
what is the actual production numbers? how many were sent to the states (besides private shipments)? is there anyway to find out how many of them are on the road still in the U.S., perhaps with a national auto registry?
this guy was saying theres less than 50 on the road still today, giving an average of 1 yellow t-5r for every 1.2 states. i think its total b.s., but he did make me curious as to what the actual numbers are

I remember a while ago someone actually posted a statistics photo on the number of yellow T-5, T-5R or Rs exported to several countries. But it was a few months ago and I don't know where the thread could be.
There is a gentleman by the name of "JimKW". I consider Jim as Ph.D in Volvo 850s, and Jim could give you better answer than any of us here combined.
Strange, there were more yellows exported to Japan and I have not seen any. There's a red one at Narita Airport's cargo area, but it's not T5 or T5-R.
Cars are often stolen in Japan and they are usually headed to Russi@, so that may be where all the yellows are[8D]. But they usually target Toyota, though.
There are 2 Volvo dealers near where I live, and I went to both of them and got all brochures they had. Also, one of them had factory-recommended (?) mod parts on display (forgot the mfg name), such as coil springs, struts, sway bars, wheels, brakes, etc as well as mug cup, key chain, clock, etc... I thought I would have a fit.
