Hi, I just did the job. Lucky me I have the VADIS DVD.
The problem is I did a mistake, I drove the car whiteout airbag modules and I got an error code in SRS module so the SRS lamp stays on.
If anybody knows a way to reset the module whiteout go at dealer, thanks in advance.

You need to find someone with an OBDII scanner that can read SRS. Some Volvo Indipendant shops can do it.

Default Ac conditioning

Hi guys,

My AC wasn't working and since everybody was telling me that the evaporator would be the problem, I decided to change it. After long hours of work, and with the help of Tech(thank you) I did get to the evaporator. I was surprised that I neither the pipes had no sign of freon nor the evaporator. I am confused now. Before changing the evaporator i checked and recharged the system(i believe I did so) since the gauge was showing 40 psi which was on the border with alert area. The ac compressor clutch was engaging but no cold air. Would it be possible that the evaporator isn;t leaking but still not working. Btw Tech u wrote in your post that u replaced the evaporator but that wasn't the problem. Did u find out what it was?
Help. I don't know what to do.

Maybe it was the compressor. I am not 100% sure. That was along time ago sorry.

Default evaporator

Hi
Did get to the evaporator. But I came to a problem, when i try to hook up the ac lines. For some reason the springs don't lock up in the pipes. Did anybody ever get through this?

The lines might not be lined up 100%. Sometimes you can take a hammer and screwdriver and carefully tap the pipe onto the evap.
