Ahh okay! So then what you can do is take all of the signal wires and wire them in parallel with the original switches

intercooler pics

All done with an 18" 2.25" Pipe, and a few extra hose clamps. Of course a hacksaw, somthing to remove the bolts, screwdriver and a pair of scissors did great. After a lot of tightening it boosts just like new, Idk the difference but I sure hope there is some.

Again, total price - $8.19
Time spent on it - About 1 Hour.

Except that now you are pumping the oil from the inter cooler straight into the throttle body.

That's why I will not run the RIP.
Volvo did it back in late 93 early 94 for the 94 turbo cars. Then saw problems with it and recalled the cars and changed it to the setup we all know now.

Hurm, Wait, why would oil be in the intercooler? Sorry, I red a few things online and I herd that this is a good thing to do. So what exactly happens different now that I have reveresed it?

Oil from the turbo and what not....

That is why the intercoolers have drain plugs.
When you get a chance....just get a DIY FMIC kit...

Yes turbo cars always have oil in the system even a perfect working system does.
The 850 has a small hole drilled in the bottom of the intercooler stock for it to drain.
Reversed the air to the throttle body goes from the bottom of the intercooler. So if there is oil in there it gets sucked into the motor.

I wish I would have run mine before I started all the mods so I had a baseline.
Sounds good that you kept beating the other 850.
