well the first problem, when i turn the key to run nothing happens i cant turn the radio on or the heater, it acts like the key isnt in or turned but if turned to start it turns over. also what is the area behind the fuse box? looks like a place for relays or something or is that a diagnostic area.....?
i will give that a shot but it seams to me that its still reading that its off because the fuel pump doesnt come on, could a bad ignition switch do this? but what is the sealed area behind the fuse box?
There is nothing behind that to my knowledge. In some countries, the steering wheel is on the other side of the car. In those situations the area is used for the cabin filter and the climate control fan is down there.
