has anybody encountered a problem with the ABS tracs control intermediately coming on and off? And does anybody know of a good used part resource for 850's?

It intermittenly comes on or the light for it flashes?

 

my new (to me) '95 does this too, seems to coincide with heavy braking, the ABS and TRACS lights will come on after a heavy braking episode where the ABS was triggered, and will stay on until the car is turned off, and on again. The function of the ABS seems to be ok even when the warning light is on...</P>

My volvo specialist mechanic says that frequently if the brake fluid level is low, and the ABS engages it will triggerthe warning lights due to the low fluid level, rather than an ABS malfunction. Hope this helps...
