1991 240 wont start PLEASE HELP!!!
Its 1991 240 with a B230 non turbo automatic transmission. it dont think its relevant but it has 324k miles on it So heres whats going on. How 2 months ago i was having trouble starting the car. warm/cold didnt matter. would start fine run for a few days then wont start the next day. I was having timing slipping issues due to a leaking cam seal. after replacing cam seal and timing belt and tensioner the problem kept persisting. So I replaced the spark plugs, spark wires, ignition coil, disturber cap and rotor and battery. Then it would try. It would turn over but never start. begun to think it was a fuel issue. check everything and found injector #1 was cracked around the plastic tip. Replaced it with one from junkyard seeing as their so expensive. Car started right up. Was running fine for about a month then bam wont start again. So went back the the injectors and checked all of them. Found #4 was cracked and missing pieces around the tip again. All others were fine. Still wont start. So I pulled everything apart and checked the timing to make sure it didnt jump again. Timing is spot on. Still no start. So I begun checking the fuel system. The fuel pump clicks and the relay is only a few years old. Took it apart looks brand new. theres fuel in the rail but still no start. replaced the fuel regulator cause its easy and cheap. Still will start. Ive checked the starter and the neutral safety switch using the random red wire by the fire wall with no change. If checked all fuses and theres no codes flashing Im out of ideas. Please help me fix my baby.

So, it will or will not turn over? (Basically does the starter turn over the engine) because if it won't we don't care about fuel
If it turns over but won't start, we start worrying about fuel, compression and spark
If it turns over but won't start, we start worrying about fuel, compression and spark

Correct sorry wrote title wrong. It will turn over but it will not start

crank it a few times, and remove a spark plug. is the plug wet ? it might be getting too much fuel. if the plug is dry, then its not getting fuel
remove the air cleaner, shoot in a dose of starter spray, and crank it over, does it cough sputter ? then you have fuel delivery problems. verify the fuel pumps are running, and you've got reasonable fuel pressure (42-44 PSI at the injector rail relative to manifold vacuum). remove the vacuum hose from the back of the fuel pressure regulator, make sure its not soaked in gas (failed regulator, will flood engine).
