Here are some pics of my 240 wagon project.. I hope you all enjoy these. I've never had a vehicle torn so far apart. So far I've repaired the odometer, am in the middle of doing the blower fan and regulator, wired new hinge harnesses to the back, replaced the washer pumps, installed new washer nozzle on the back, fixed the rear windshield wiper, and have the front end torn out to replace all the bushings and the struts - which is turning out to be a huge pain in the a$$. I'm also going to replace the A/C compressor and dryer, and install new floor carpeting. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I've torn the old vinyl off the seats and will be installing new vinyl and will be re-installing heated seats which I got from Wagonmeister! Tons o work but I think in the end I'll have a pretty cool car.. Oh wait, I've also got a new Sony head-unit to put in as well as a Kenwood sub for under the seats..I've just gotta find speakers that'll fit in the doors..Whew!!
