Default '88 244 DL fuel pump

I recently got this car going after have been sitting for 4 years. Engine would crank, but wouldnt turn over. Originally we thought it cld hav been the fuel pump, so we took it off and mustve misplaced the bolts that hold it in place. Right now it is just hanging by the wire that leads to the fuel accumulator. Am i in need of anything besides the bolts? Or are the bolts the only thing that hold it in place?
P.S. We replaced the ignition relay and some fuses for the feed pump and for the injection system and it turned over.

I assume you are referring to the inline under car pump. That's not an accumulator next to it...it's a filter and if it is hanging by the connecting fuel line stop right now because that little pipe with the banjo bolt fittings will cost you $20-30 to replace! The pump and filter mount on a double layer tray held to together w/ 3 rubber isolators. The outer tray then bolts to the chassis w/I believe, 3 bolts.

Right you are (it's 4 bolts , lol) and I just finished redoing my fuel system.

He might want to check the in tank fuel pump also and the flex rubber hose in the tank. Both were bad on my car.

Alright, yea its not hanging by the pump, i meant to say its hanging by the tube leading from the filter to, i think, the accumulator, im not sure. But the insulators, are they cone shaped, or are they a different shape?

Cone shaped...often referred to as "****". They rot with age, only a couple bucks a piece at the stealership.
Under the car you should have this...

Inside the tank is the other, lift, pump. The short piece of rubber hose above the hose often rots. When it is holed the car will either not run or run like dog doo.
