B230F torque specs

I have a 85 740 GLE with a B230F engine. can someone give me the torque specs for the motor? I need the intake manifold, cam sprocket and crank pulley torque specs. thanks for your help.

Various sources say:

intake manifold........ 15 ft-lbs
cam sprocket......... 35 ft-lbs
crank pulley............ 43 ft-lbs + 60degrees (1 flat)
