Ok, Im a very very new Volvo owner. I bought my first one last night, an 83 DL. It came with the way back 3rd seat though, which is stuck in a folded position. It's not all the way up, and it's not all the way down (flush with the floor). I'm sure there's some latch or something I'm missing, but I can't move the thing for the life of me. Any help?

 

didnt think it was that hard to move the seat. look for some release on the side or something and see if there is someway to get it up. i have never heard of a problem with these.
