Default IPD Cam & Cam Gear

Who is using the IPD camshaft and adjustable cam wheel on a normally-aspirated B230F engine?

I'm wondering about emissions... does it pass in those areas where emissions testing is required? Does the owner have to adjust the cam wheel back to "stock" to pass the tests?

Is the difference in power noticable?

Any other mods needed to enhance the kit (induction/exhaust)?

I have heard of people using just the cam on a N/A motor and they noticed a big difference.
And with no other add ons.

i used the cam on a B21F with headers and noticed a nice increase in power and passed emissions in washington dc, and passing emissions here isnt the easiest thing to do...
