Default What is this?

I have an oil leak coming from this fitting going into the case, what is it called so I might be able to fix?

can we guess that you have a 740/940 turbo? if so, thats the oil return line from the turbo, there's a gasket thats supposed to be in there.

you really should add your car to your profile, and / or specify year/model in your posts so we have a general clue what you're talking about. good idea to put your geographical region in the profile as Volvos in the US market can be different than europe/asia/south america, etc.

spot on - the o ring is part # 1306264 at the block. There is a gasket at the turbo also - but you will need to know if its mitsubishi or garrett for the right gasket

Yes it's a 940 turbo and I had someone tell me what it was, took it off and the o ring was shot, my local import shop ordered me one, and I will have to look into adding my car into for future posts, thank you
