Part Supplier Recommendation -- My 2 Cents
I received an order from eeuroparts.com for suspension and electrical parts for my son's 1979 850. The struts had been backordered as noted on the packing slip. When I opened the boxes with the rest of the order, however, I found that I had received only one rear brake rotor of the two I had ordered. So I sent an email to their customer support notifying them that I was one rotor short on the order in addition to the backordered struts. Withing a couple of hours, I received an email response saying that the missing rotor had been sent out the day before with the backordered struts. In short, they caught the error before I did.
These are not the first parts I have ordered from them -- this order was just under $1000 -- and I regularly buy parts for my Fiat and Saab from other suppliers, so I'm not a novice at mailorder parts. eeuroparts.com has, however, impressed me with their good prices and responsive customer service.
And, no, for the cynics among us, I have no affiliation and have no interest in promoting eeuroparts, other than the fact that their service and pricing impress me. Your mileage may vary.
