850 Hard Starting
I’ve replaced the fuel pump, injectors, acid washed the gas tank, new fuel filter, and cleaned the fuel rail and lines. Car will start first thing in the morning but if I shut it off it won’t start again. If I spray ether it will start but not run. It’s getting a good spark.

A few thoughts. Have you measured the fuel pressure at the rail. If I recall correctly, it should be 40-42 PSI or so. The system should also retain pressure - if it bleeds off you may have an issue with the fuel pressure regulator (under the intake manifold). The car also has an injector relay near the radiator - you can find a vid on Youtube that will show you where it is. If that is bad you may have good fuel pressure and still no squirt. If you suspect the fuel pump relay, you can always jumper the relay to engage the pump and see if that builds pressure at the rail. Not uncommon for a bad pump to damage the relay.

Here's what think: If you have spark:
- the main fuel injection relay is okay
- the crank sensor is okay
- the cam sensor is okay
You do need to measure fuel pressure, desperately. You can determine whether or not fuel injectors are being tripped by using "noid lights" and i admit I don't have any of them. It's just important to know there is such a thing. A volt meter would work but just be a pain.
