Default Non-EGR intake -> EGR motor - Please help w/ vacuum lines!

I swapped a motor into a '95 850 and realized the motor I put in has no EGR. But the original motor did. So I went to swap intake manifold, but found the intake runners are significantly different sized with a different gasket, too, obviously.

My question is: Can I put the non-EGR intake back on the non-EGR motor and run the car with the EGR disabled/disconnected (but plugged at the exhaust manifold)?

Not sure if it will work on a N/A car or not. But on the turbo cars you can get a 96 ECU for no air pump or EGR and drop it in and go.

You can try it and see what happens. I will bet you can find the ECU cheap.

So, now I have some extra hoses with the non-EGR engine installed. Although I'm not surprised, I thought I could easily find a vacuum line diagram to resolve my issues. And I don't have another 850 to look at....

I drilled & tapped to mount the EGR to the intake manifold - looks good.

1) So, the two lines off the bottom of the throttle housing - where do they go?

2) The large (3/8 diameter maybe) plastic hose with rubber elbow goes where? It comes from the battery side of the car near the bottom of the radiator.

I know there are two lines off the bottom of the intake manifold, but I only have one line (hooked up to proper line) on the non-EGR manifold.

So, I'm looking for one or more of the following:

- Vacuum line diagram for both EGR and non-EGR models
- Photo of EGR lines off throttle plate and intake manifold
- Descriptions of where they go

Default Update - it runs!

I put the non-EGR manifold back on with the EGR port drilled & tapped to accept the EGR line. I plugged the 2 vacuum lines at the throttle body. I put new plugs & battery in, turned the key. As soon as I had fuel, it started & idled! Yahoo! I need to replace the power steering pump and brake pads/rotors, then it will be good to go!
