Default Locking lug bolts

Here is my problem. 3 out of 4 locking lug bolts have become so worn that the "key" just slips out when trying to remove them. Any ideas on how to get them out short of drilling them out? I've tried knocking a socket over the lug but it just spins.
Thanks, Tim

update,, I drilled a center hole, and got it as large as I could and then used a carbide ball tip in my die grinder and went down into the stud. Then the bevel part of the lug bolt just collapsed in and I would remove the wheel and simply unscrew the stud... what a way to spend a day off..

Sorry to hear that. Why do you have locking lugs nuts?

They were the stock volvo ones I believe. Funny thing I got 2 off with the hammer and socket method, the 3rd just spun but when I wiggled off with an extension the upper section (lock part) came off, made it way easier to drill and grind. I won't have lockers anmore,,, 4 stock ones are on the way.
