Post Saving and Gathering Parts to Swap my Base 850 to the T5 Engine. Looking for Input!

I'm currently saving up money and gathering some smaller bits to prepare to swap my stock 2.4L I5 in my Manual 96' 850 Base Sedan for a T5 from an 850 or other T5 model. Looking for any input before I begin and to have several questions answered.

1) How much power/torque is the M56 5-Speed Manual Transmission rated for?

2) What parts should I keep from the original engine aside from the well known bigger Cam's and intake manifold?

3) The process should be identical from the V70's with the same engine correct?

4) What other bits and pieces should I be sure to take from the donor car? (Salvage yard engine getting a partial rebuild)
