Vacuum Leak?

I recently installed a boost gauge in my car (94 turbo 850) and noticed the vacuum at idle is at -11...should it be lower than this (-15 to -18)? If so, what can be causing this? Could it be from a vacuum hose leak? If so...where are the most common leaks?
